More than a pasta box
I make pasta boxes, dry and fresh, made to be given as a gift or enjoyed yourself. Each one is produced in small batches, with high-quality flours, fresh eggs, and natural colors drawn from spices, vegetables, algae, cocoa, and other natural sources. The focus is always the same: visual impact, flavor, texture, and how the pasta behaves once it reaches the kitchen.
