Long Pasta

Long pasta shapes are among the most personal pieces in my work. From twisted spaghetti with delicate, fine lines to intricate patterns inspired by the geometry of coral snakes, each piece carries a decision, a tension, a direction.

What makes them truly singular goes far beyond appearance. Every shape is the result of years of research into how to preserve design along the full length of the pasta, keeping the pattern alive and legible even after cooking, without compromising texture or integrity. The result is a continuous piece where design, structure, and flavor are inseparable.
